Possible minor changes to PhyloGeographer's algorithm
I have increased / updated the set of a dozen or so haplogroups which I use to help calibrate the parameters of Phylogeographer's migration path calculating algorithm to minimize error.
This is not a major improvement that would address an aspect of the algorithm that limits its effectiveness the most - i.e. that it does not take differences in regional sample rate into account.
Such a substantive reworking will have to wait until a future time as I currently have other research and development priorities.
